GSR-Station

GSR-Station is designed for portable SDR application, with the latest high perfommance Core/Ultra series CPU built-in, and can be connected to 2 USRP-X310s simultaneously or 1 USRP X410+1 X310 simultaneously via PCle MXl Kit. GSR-Station also has a built-in 700W power supply, and can support up to 450W of USRP and Gaustech UME series mmWave front-end.

GSR-Station has a built-in USRP power interface, which can provide power to one X310 (40W) and one X410 (280W) simultaneously. The GSR-Station also provides two aviation plug-in power ports (30W+30W), which can provide power for the Gaustech UME series mmWave front-end. In addition, GSR-Station is cleverly designed to power on peripherals before the host, ensuring that USRP and other peripheral products can be powered on in the correct order.

The size of GSR-Station is only 312mm * 315mm * 89mm, and its volume is even smaller than 9L. Products of the same specifications in the industry usually only provide 65W of cooling performance, greatly limiting the performance of the CPU. GSR-Station can provide a cooling power of no less than 140W through excellent heat dissipation design and microcode tuning. When performing FPU dual baking at room temperature of 25 ℃ (with a turbo frequency of no less than 5GHz), the CPU core temperature should not exceed 80 ℃, while controlling noise within an acceptable range.

In the traditional USRP system solution, one millimeter wave transceiver system requires at least 4 power adapters. As a portable high-performance SDR controller, the GSR-Station provides USRP X310 and X410 mounting holes and handles, combined with built-in power supply. With only one 220V power cord, the main controller, two USRPs, and two UME millimeter wave front ends can be powered simultaneously, greatly reducing cumbersome wiring and redundant power supply. Very suitable for high mobility scenarios such as field experiments.
