Overview

The UME-28TR48S is a 28GHz millimeter-wave phased array with TDD duplexing, operating in the frequency range of 27-29GHz. It supports the 3GPP 5G FR2 N257 band and can be used for 5G millimeter-wave wireless communication. The UME-28TR48S features two independently operating phased arrays (2T2R), making it suitable for millimeter-wave communication and sensing applications. The phased array integrates bidirectional frequency conversion circuits and a high-performance millimeter-wave local oscillator, enabling an S-band intermediate frequency transceiver interface of 2~4GHz, which facilitates connection with low-frequency digital sampling systems. Its performance supports high-order modulation schemes such as QAM64 and QAM256.
